How to edit a medication reminder for a Parkinson’s Patient

This article is intended for clinic staff who have already created a patient within the Care Portal and need to modify the medication reminder associated with that patient.

To proceed:

  1. Log in to the Care Portal for Parkinson Monitoring.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Patients.


     
  3. Search for the relevant patient and check the patient’s status. If the status is “Waiting,” you will be able to amend the medication reminder. This means that a monitoring session has been scheduled but has not started yet.


     
  4. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of their profile row.


     
  5. Select Amend Medication Reminders


     
  6. At this stage, you will be able to add new medication reminders or remove existing ones, as needed. Once you have completed the changes, click Save to confirm and apply the updates.
