How to wear EmbraceMini

This article explains how patients should wear EmbraceMini to ensure optimal data collection during monitoring.

Choose the wrist

You can wear EmbraceMini on either wrist. Your clinician will tell you which wrist to use.

If no specific wrist it indicated, wear EmbraceMini on the wrist where your symptoms are most pronounced. If symptoms affect both sides equally, you can wear it on your non-dominant wrist.

Position the device

Make sure the device is positioned correctly on your wrist:

  • The LED light points outward.
  • The button sits on the inside of the wrist.

Adjust the fit

Wear EmbraceMini snug but comfortable.

The device should stay in place and not move easily during daily activities.

It should not feel too tight or cause discomfort.

If there are any issues with your EmbraceMini band and you need a replacement, contact your clinic.

For step-by-step instructions on how to change the band, refer to the article How to change the EmbraceMini band.
