About the PKG report
The PKG report is a summary of a patient’s movement patterns collected by the EmbraceMini over several days.

Generate a PKG report
Only clinic managers can generate PKG reports in the Care Portal.
Follow the steps below to generate a report in the Care Portal.

Log in to the Care Portal.
If you cannot log in, reset your password by following this guide: Reset your Care Portal for Parkinson’s password.

Select the patient from the patient list by clicking their name.
- You will see a list of all monitoring sessions for the patient. Select a monitoring session to see available reports.
You can add clinician notes, if needed.
Enter your notes and click Save.
- 'Generate' becomes clickable when there is enough data.
Click Generate to create and download the report.
The report is downloaded in PDF format and ready to open. Any clinician notes appear on the last page of the report.
Report generation issues
If the report cannot be generated:
- Confirm with the patient that the monitoring session lasted at least 5 days.
- Check whether the patient logged out of the PKG Monitor app and the data synced correctly.
If the issue persists, contact us.
Errors in the report
If you believe there is an error in the report, contact us with the following information:
- Device serial number
- Patient first and last name
- Exact dates covered by the report
- A detailed description of the issue, including which data appears incorrect and what you expected to see
- A copy of the PKG report
Providing this information helps us investigate the issue more effectively.
