This article explains how clinicians can reset their Care Portal password if they cannot log in or need to update it for security reasons.
Reset your password

Go to the Care Portal login page.
Select the correct region from the dropdown menu (United States or EU and ROW).
- Click ‘Forgot password?'.

Enter your account email address and click Continue.
Make sure the email address is spelled correctly, and use the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email. Also check your spam or junk folder.
The email subject will be “Reset your password” and it will be sent from no-reply@auth0user.net . -
Open the email and click Confirm.
If the button does not open a page, click the full URL in the email or copy and paste it into your browser.
- Enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least three of the following:
=> Lowercase letters
=> Uppercase letters
=> Numbers
=> Special characters - Click Continue.
You can now log in to the Care Portal using your updated credentials.
If you do not receive the reset email
Make sure you have:
- Used the correct portal (US; EU and ROW).
- Entered the same email address you were invited with.
- Checked your inbox and spam or junk folder.
- Waited at least 15 minutes.
- Tried the process more than once.
